Senior Analytics Engineer

What you will be doing:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable data pipelines and data infrastructure.
• Develop and optimize our data warehouse and intuitive, well-documented data models to support analytics, reporting, self-service, and AI-driven initiatives.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability through validation, monitoring, and testing tools.
• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders from Product, RevOps, GTM, Finance, and other teams to define key metrics and deliver actionable insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reporting systems.
• Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities through exploratory analysis and deep dives across the organization.

Who you are:

• Solid experience in a data engineering, analytics engineering, or similar technical analytics role.
• Experience with SQL, dbt, Python, modern BI tools, and hands-on experience with Snowflake (or similar cloud data warehouses).
• Deep understanding of data modeling, ELT best practices, and building systems that are reliable and scalable.
• A collaborative, curious mindset with the confidence to work independently and challenge assumptions.
• Excited to partner directly with business stakeholders and drive decisions through data.
• But most importantly, you are someone who:
  • “Gets stuff done” and understands building a $10bn company isn’t always glamorous and takes hard work and long hours.
