BASE SALARY$67k – $81k
You will be actively involved in the field every day, including:
- Hands-On System Diagnostics: Personally troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and battery system failures in the field.
- Quality & Compliance: Perform rework to ensure installs pass inspection and meet internal quality benchmarks.
- On-Site Authority Representation: Meet inspectors and AHJs in the field, walk installs with them, and resolve issues in real time.
- Crew Mentorship: Onboard and provide hands-on training for new installation crews to maintain high performance.
- Expert Oversight: Maintain deep mastery of Base hardware, NEC Codes, and general electrical principles.
- Emergent Support: Participate in a scheduled on-call rotation to address urgent night/weekend electrical issues.
What You'll Bring
- Credentials: Valid Residential Wireman or Journeyman Electrician license.
- Experience: 4+ years of relevant electrical work, specifically with battery backups, EV chargers, or whole-home generators.
- Mindset: A "fix-it-right-the-first-time" attitude and the ability to explain technical concepts to both crews and inspectors.
- Communication: Ability to clearly explain work and corrections to installers, inspectors, and homeowners.
