COMPANYEtched

Etched is seeking a detail-oriented and analytically minded Logistics Analyst to support and scale our global logistics operations from our Taipei hub. This role will focus on shipment tracking, data analysis, cost and lead-time visibility, and day-to-day operational support across international suppliers, contract manufacturers, and logistics partners.

Key responsibilities:

  • Track and manage inbound and outbound shipments from end to end - from origin pickup through destination receiving - across global suppliers, contract manufacturers, warehouses, and end destinations.
  • Keep shipment, delivery, and inventory receipt records accurate in our ERP and internal platforms, including complete documentation for every shipment.
  • Monitor shipment status, lead times, and delivery performance. Flag risks and exceptions early, before they become delays.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouse partners to resolve delays and discrepancies.
  • Review international shipping documentation for accuracy — commercial invoices, packing lists, and Incoterms alignment.
  • Build and maintain recurring reporting on transit times, on-time delivery, logistics cost, and exceptions.
  • Support inventory control across our Taiwan office, 3PL warehouses, and contract manufacturers.
  • Document and improve logistics SOPs. Spot manual processes and data gaps, then propose fixes or automation.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Operations across time zones, especially with Asia-based suppliers and partners.

You may be a good fit if you have (Must-have qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain analytics, or import/export operations.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating international import and export shipments.
  • Working knowledge of Taiwan import/export regulations, customs clearance, and domestic shipping, plus international freight forwarding and shipping documentation.
  • Familiarity with air freight, ocean freight, and express courier, and a solid grasp of Incoterms and international trade practice.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with operational data. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (lookups, pivots, basic modeling).
  • Sharp attention to detail, and the ability to track many shipments and data streams at once.
  • Clear written and verbal communication with suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin, written and spoken.

Strong candidates may also have experience with (Nice-to-have qualifications):

  • Experience in high-availability or mission-critical environments — compute, manufacturing, robotics, or aerospace — particularly supporting server, networking, or AI hardware deployments at scale.
  • Experience handling high-value, time-sensitive, or controlled shipments.
  • Familiarity with ERP, TMS, or shipment tracking systems.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and influencing without authority.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation packages, including generous equity packages.
  • Comprehensive insurance coverage and other top-of-market benefits.
