As our People Enablement Partner, you will act as a strategic partner to leaders across the organisation, helping them build strong teams and make thoughtful organisational decisions as Legora scales. Your role sits at the centre of how teams grow and evolve - supporting leaders in structuring their organisations, strengthening leadership capability, and ensuring that the environment around our people enables them to perform at their best.
You will work particularly closely with our Growth organisation, Legal Engineer, across EMEA - a group of commercially oriented lawyers working at the intersection of law, product, and AI. As these teams expand, your role will be to both help build those teams through recruitment and ensure the organisation around them continues to evolve in a structured and sustainable way.
This means working closely with leaders to define hiring strategy, shape new roles, and ensure recruitment efforts support the long-term structure and evolution of the organisation. As Legora grows, organisational decisions naturally become more complex. In this role, you help leaders bring clarity and structure to those decisions - ensuring teams scale in a way that supports both performance and accountability.
What you will be doing:
- You will partner closely with leaders to drive the people agenda as their organisations grow and evolve.
- A significant part of your role will involve building teams through recruitment. You will work closely with leaders to define hiring needs, shape new roles, and run recruitment processes for key positions within your supported organisation.
- Alongside hiring, you will support leaders in navigating organisational questions such as team structure, reporting lines, role scope, and succession planning - ensuring that teams scale in a way that remains clear and effective.
- You will facilitate key people processes such as performance reviews and helping leaders make thoughtful and consistent decisions around performance and development.
- Another central part of the role is strengthening leadership capability - ensuring managers have the expectations, frameworks, and support needed to lead high-performing teams.
As Legora continues to grow, you will also help identify patterns across teams and introduce frameworks that strengthen organisational clarity, leadership effectiveness, and performance.
Who you are:
- You bring 7–10 years of experience working closely with business leaders on people, organisational, or talent topics, ideally in a high-growth or scaling environment.
- You are comfortable operating across both recruitment and organisational development, and enjoy partnering closely with leaders to build strong teams.
- You combine strong business judgment with a structured approach to organisational decision-making.
