Growth Strategy Intern (human)

Your Mission & Challenge

• You support our Growth team with market, competitor, and go-to-market analyses.
• You contribute to strategic projects around NeuraGym and the Neuraverse.
• You plan and coordinate projects and meetings.
• You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior management.
• You create presentations, reports, and decision-making materials.
• You actively contribute to the further development of sales processes and organizational structures.
• You bring structure to complex topics and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations.

What we're looking for

• You are currently studying Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (ideally from your 4th semester onwards).
• You have strong analytical thinking skills and a structured approach to solving new challenges.
• You use AI tools confidently and purposefully as part of your daily workflow.
• You are fluent in German and English (minimum B2+), as you will communicate internally and externally in both languages.
• You are confident using Microsoft 365 and Claude.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
