Builder Fellowship

You will exit:

• With a huge portfolio of work that has quite literally touched the sky.
• With a clear thesis of what work exists and what work you enjoy.
• With well-calibrated intuitions and strong decision-making skills.

You are a multidisciplinary builder who:

• Will do anything and everything to turn ideas into reality.
• Has a bias towards action and ships on Day 1.
• Is not precious about ideas, but has a lot of them.
• Is willing to talk to people, draw out designs, and push code.

Logistics:

• Start dates are flexible and occur on a rolling basis throughout the year.
• This is a paid opportunity.
• The program is 6 months long.
• You will be expected to come in 5 days a week, in-person in Redwood City.
• For those who perform well, we extend full-time offers to join WindBorne immediately upon completion of the fellowship.
• WindBorne will provide immigration and sponsorship support based on an individual’s unique circumstances.

Our 6-month program accelerates early builders from any domain, giving them the tangible experience. You will be embedded at the heart of a dynamic, rapidly growing startup. Rotate around the company, solving real problems both internal and customer facing. Work directly with a huge variety of people at all levels of the organization.

You will exit:

• Having rotated around the innards of a rapidly growing startup. You will not be a country bumpkin, you will understand how companies work and how work gets done.
• With real work experience and well-calibrated intuitions and taste.
• Having gotten experience with a wide variety of work. Different scopes of problems and also different types of execution. You will have a clear thesis of what work exists and what you enjoy.
• A huge portfolio of work. You will ship things on day one, and your work will have clear, immediate, and trackable impact.
