Project Delivery Manager

Volta is delivering a new AI data center project in the Nordics, and the Project Delivery Manager owns it end to end. You will lead a complete embedded project team – design, procurement, delivery, safety, quality, project controls and contracts – and be accountable for delivering the project safely, to schedule and to budget.

Reporting to the Regional Delivery Manager for Europe, you will run the project day to day: managing the general contractor and key vendors, holding the baseline, and preparing the site for turn-up with Volta's DSX team. This is a site-facing leadership role for someone who wants to own a project outright.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Own end-to-end delivery of the Nordics project, with accountability for safety, quality, schedule and cost
• Lead a full embedded project team across all delivery disciplines
• Manage the general contractor and key vendors through execution
• Hold the project baseline and run disciplined change control
• Set the safety and quality culture on site from day one
• Drive readiness for turn-up and commissioning with the DSX team
• Own project reporting, risk and escalation to regional leadership
• Build strong working relationships with local partners and authorities

What You Bring:

• Data center project delivery experience is essential, with at least one project led end to end
• A record managing general contractors on complex, MEP-heavy builds
• Strong command of schedule, cost and change management
• A visible, site-first leadership style with safety at the center
• Experience taking projects through commissioning and handover
• Willingness to be site-based in the Nordics through delivery
