What You Will Be Doing: You’ll help ensure clients are supported, successful, and consistently finding value in Legora. Specifically, you will:

  • Support our Engagement Managers in building strong relationships and driving adoption and engagement with our clients.
  • Support senior Engagement Managers on enterprise clients through onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
  • Help diagnose client challenges, uncover root causes, and contribute to structured solutions and engagement playbooks.
  • Support Engagement Managers in running regular check-ins, product enablement sessions, and success reviews with our clients.
  • Monitor usage trends and customer health signals, proactively flagging risks and opportunities.

Who You Are:

  • You care about delivering quality and building strong client relationships.
  • You’re organised, proactive, and comfortable working with professional, demanding stakeholders.
  • You have 1–2 years of experience from a legal environment, a client advisory or consulting role, or a customer-facing SaaS or technology role.
  • Demonstrated examples of going above and beyond to deliver high-quality work or service outcomes.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and can manage multiple priorities reliably.
  • Someone who enjoys being in the office 5 days a week. Collaborative work is core to how we operate.
