What You’ll Do

You will operate at the centre of Legora’s go-to-market engine, with direct responsibility for driving pipeline and revenue. This is a high-ownership, commercially accountable role where you will both build and execute GTM strategy.

Specifically, you will:

  • Own and drive GTM initiatives that directly generate pipeline and revenue across key segments and markets.
  • Build, test, and scale outbound and growth motions—taking ownership of results, not just execution.
  • Partner closely with Sales and actively contribute to deals, from shaping messaging to supporting progression and close.
  • Translate product capabilities into clear, differentiated positioning that converts with senior legal and enterprise stakeholders.
  • Identify high-value use cases and create targeted campaigns and plays that drive measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Run experiments across channels and segments, rapidly iterating based on performance data.
  • Analyse pipeline, conversion, and win-rate data to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
  • Contribute to and help define Legora’s GTM playbook—what works, why it works, and how to scale it.

What You Bring

You are a commercially driven operator who takes ownership of outcomes. You are as comfortable generating pipeline as you are shaping strategy, and you measure success in revenue, not activity.

We’re Looking For

  • 4–8 years of experience in GTM, growth, sales, or commercial roles within B2B SaaS or high-growth environments.
  • Proven track record of directly driving pipeline and/or revenue (not just supporting it).
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales, including multi-stakeholder deals and longer sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute GTM initiatives end-to-end—from idea to measurable commercial impact.
  • High level of ownership and bias for action—you identify gaps and move quickly to close them.
  • Strong commercial judgment and ability to prioritise what will drive the most impact.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both internal teams and external stakeholders.
