About Manifest

Manifest OS is an AI-native company on a mission to replace the billable hour and make legal services more accessible for American businesses and consumers. We power the next generation of AI-native law firms with one unified global brand, a proprietary technology platform, and a centralized back office — enabling lawyers to eliminate the administrative burden and focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for their clients. Backed by leading venture investors, Manifest OS is scaling rapidly.

About the team

You'll join a product team of four PMs reporting directly to our CPTO, partnering closely with engineering, design, legal, and operations. Our PMs come from Headway, Intuit AI, Instacart, and DoorDash, and share a bias toward action, hands-on product work, and clear writing. We have more product scope than PMs today, so the area you'll own will be shaped by your background, strengths, and where the company needs the most leverage, and will evolve as the team and product grow.

Ideal experience

- 5+ years of PM experience shipping complex, high-leverage products: SaaS, AI tools, workflow
automation, marketplaces, or system-of-record platforms.
- Deep workflow experience. You've shipped B2B or multi-stakeholder products where turning
operational complexity into clarity was the job.
- Hands-on experience shipping AI- or ML-powered features in production, or demonstrated
aptitude to ramp quickly. Comfort prototyping in Figma, V0, Cursor, or similar tools is a plus.
- A systems thinker and clear writer who turns ambiguity into spec, roadmap, and decision.
- A high-velocity operator who knows when to ship v1 and when to sweat the details.
- Thrives in a fast-moving, high-candor, in-office environment.

What You'll Own

You'll own end-to-end product for a meaningful area of Manifest's platform, framing the right problems, making tradeoffs between user needs, business goals, and technical constraints, and deciding what to build and what not to build. The surface area is enormous: attorneys, paralegals, beneficiaries, internal ops, and a full suite of B2B personas (global mobility managers, recruiters, CFOs, in-house counsel). You'll translate messy legal workflows into intuitive product experiences, integrate AI into real features (auto-drafting, smart tasking, predictive timelines, proactive nudges), and partner directly with engineering, design, legal, and operations to ship. The system being built for immigration will serve as the foundation for future practice areas.

This for you if

You thrive in environments where you can move fast, make decisions independently, and see direct impact on real users. You enjoy working closely with lawyers, operators, and clients to uncover pain points, and you're happy to roll up your sleeves across interviewing users, prototyping, writing specs, and chasing edge cases. You're genuinely excited about AI as a product surface, not just a buzzword, and you'll use LLM tools to sharpen your thinking and prototype faster. You want to own product, not manage a backlog.

Not for you if

This role isn't for PMs who prefer tightly scoped backlogs, heavy process, or traditional corporate product environments. If you need a mature design system, dedicated research partners, or fully staffed pods before you can make progress, or if you'd rather focus narrowly on a single surface area without engaging with the messy reality of legal and operational workflows, you'll likely find this role frustrating. We also need someone who actively uses AI tools. If you're skeptical of or unfamiliar with LLM-assisted product work, you won't be set up for success here.
