Key Responsibilities IT Operations

  • Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 global technical support on a shifted schedule, ensuring seamless coverage for employees across Tel Aviv, Europe, and the US.
  • Own the full employee onboarding and offboarding lifecycle - from device provisioning and access activation to secure asset retrieval and access revocation upon departure.
  • Administer the full identity lifecycle across our core SaaS stack (Okta, Google Workspace), enforcing role-based access controls, executing automated provisioning flows, and maintaining license hygiene.
  • Manage the complete global hardware lifecycle and asset register, from shipping logistics through to secure offboarding and accurate inventory tracking.
  • Own and maintain the full office infrastructure environment - including enterprise network infrastructure (firewalls, managed switches, and wireless access points), physical security systems (surveillance cameras and access control), and all associated cabling and hardware, ensuring a stable, secure, and well-organized office at all times.
  • Manage the office multimedia and conferencing environment, including AV and Video Conference hardware, to support a high-quality hybrid meeting experience.

Security & Compliance

  • Execute customer-facing security questionnaires and vendor assessments, serving as the operational point of contact for sales-driven security reviews.
  • Monitor and maintain endpoint health across our EDR (CrowdStrike) and MDM (JumpCloud) environments - flagging and remediating non-compliant or unpatched devices.
  • Conduct security risk assessments on new SaaS applications, and support SOC2 / ISO 27001 compliance initiatives and audits.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Experience & Technical Proficiency: 3–5 years in IT Operations or Systems Administration within a global high-tech environment, with deep hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, configuring, and deploying macOS and Linux systems. Comfortable with the physical demands of IT work - office setups, cabling, monitor installation, and hardware inventory management.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Proven experience managing the full IT employee lifecycle - pre-configured device provisioning for new hires, identity and access setup across core SaaS platforms, and secure, timely access revocation and asset retrieval upon offboarding.
  • Systems Administration: Proven experience managing device fleets via enterprise MDM platforms (JumpCloud, Jamf) and administering IAM/SSO platforms (Okta, Google Workspace).
  • Network Administration: Solid understanding of enterprise networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewall policies) with hands-on experience deploying and managing physical network infrastructure - firewalls, managed switches, and wireless access points. Experience with Cisco Meraki is a strong advantage.
  • Security Operations: Hands-on experience in security operations, including active management of enterprise EDR tooling such as CrowdStrike Falcon - host management, grouping, and agent health.
  • Operational Flexibility: Ability to work a shifted schedule to provide dedicated overlap with US business hours.
