Position Summary:

We're looking for an FP&A Manager to help build our forecasting and analysis function from scratch as we scale. You'll be responsible for maintaining the revenue and capacity forecast, the rolling 3-statement model and long range plan. You’ll work closely with leaders across the organization to understand the ins and outs of the business so that we can build the most accurate forecasts and uncover helpful insights to drive good decisions. This is a build-it-yourself role — you'll stand up the function now and grow into managing a Financial Analyst as we add headcount.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Maintain capacity and revenue forecasting, and the rolling 3-statement forecast
  • Quarterback long-range planning and the annual budget process
  • Build and maintain the 13-week cash forecast
  • Partner with department leads to deliver ad hoc financial analysis
  • Own internal management reporting and prepare the monthly financial review with business partners
  • Prepare investor and board reporting materials
  • Support sales and pipeline forecasting and reporting
  • Manage and develop a Financial Analyst as the team scales

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5-10 years of FP&A experience
  • Demonstrated ability to own complex, cross-functional financial planning projects end-to-end
  • Track record of mentoring others and raising the quality bar
  • Advanced financial modeling skills, including 3-statement modeling and scenario/sensitivity analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in an early-stage or venture-backed startup environment
  • Comfort working within an ERP to self-serve investigation and analysis
  • Experience building AI/agent-assisted processes
  • Robotics, hardware, or manufacturing industry experience
