As Senior Manager, FP&A at Legora, you will play a central role in strengthening and scaling our financial planning capabilities as we grow globally. You will be part of a high-performing finance team, helping to deepen and professionalize how we budget, forecast, model scenarios, and measure performance across revenue, opex, and headcount. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will both improve existing foundations and build additional depth and structure as complexity increases. Your work will directly influence capital allocation, hiring velocity, product investment, and international expansion. This role is about turning ambition into numbers we trust – and numbers into decisions we act on. The quality of our planning and performance visibility will directly shape how efficiently and intelligently we scale.
What You'll Do:
- Improve and run our company-wide budgeting and rolling forecast processes
- Build and refine scalable financial models grounded in the true economic drivers of our business
- Develop long-range planning and scenario frameworks to support strategic decisions
- Strengthen KPI structures and dashboards that make performance transparent across teams
- Partner closely with leaders on pricing, hiring, product investments, and market expansion
- Identify risks and opportunities early and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations
- Drive automation and systems improvements across forecasting and reporting workflows
What You Bring: You combine analytical depth with strong commercial instinct. You enjoy building structure, improving systems, and bringing clarity to complex realities. You thrive in fast-moving environments and are comfortable working cross-functionally. You don’t stop at “what happened.” You push to understand why it happened, what it means, and what we should do next. You’re confident in influencing stakeholders, bringing clarity to trade-offs, and raising the bar for financial rigor while staying pragmatic and business-oriented.
Experience:
- Experience improving or scaling budgeting and forecasting processes
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Proven ability to partner with cross-functional leaders
- Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail
- Clear communicator who translates numbers into action
What's In It For You:
- Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across Stockholm, New York, London, and Sydney.
- Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success.
- Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily.
- In-person environment: Union Square office designed for ambitious builders and company provided lunch daily.
- Benefits & Perks: We invest in our people with a comprehensive, thoughtfully designed benefits package: Medical, Dental & Vision.
