You will work cross-functionally within the Product Development Team and support internal product development as well as all downstream processes throughout the entire product lifecycle:

  • Supporting Product and Project Management in day-to-day operations across the entire development process and product lifecycle
  • Preparing and following up on meeting notes, deriving clear action items and work packages
  • Contributing to the development and industrialization of products – from the concept phase through to series production readiness
  • Supporting the adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the development process
  • Optimizing processes and tools to continuously increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Preparing, structuring, and documenting complex technical and process-related topics
  • Collaborating closely and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams across mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, software development, procurement, and production
  • Taking ownership of smaller projects independently and developing own concepts and solutions.

What We Are Looking Forward to:

  • Ongoing studies in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable degree program with a technical specialization
  • Strong mechatronic understanding – you think in systems, not in silos
  • Structured and independent way of working combined with a quick grasp of new topics
  • Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for questioning and improving processes
  • Hands-on mentality: You are willing to go the extra mile and take ownership of tasks that may be completely new to you
  • Very good German and English language skills (minimum C1 level), both written and spoken
  • Valid Category B driver's license.

Nice to Have:

  • Initial practical experience in project management, product development, or a technical industrial environment (e.g., through internships or working student positions)
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, or Word
  • Passion for robotics, automation, and the development of complex mechatronic products – from initial idea to successful market scaling.
