About the team

You'll join a tight-knit revenue team that approaches sales like product development — constantly iterating, testing, and refining our advisory methodology to better serve clients navigating complex immigration decisions. Rather than traditional sales tactics, we act as trusted advisors who deeply understand each client's unique situation and help them understand their options at Manifest. Our team collaborates closely with Legal, Marketing, and Product to ensure every client interaction is informed, personalized, and built on genuine expertise. We're passionate about transforming how people experience immigration services, combining the rigor of a tech startup with the empathy required for life-changing decisions.

Ideal experience

1–3 years of SDR, sales, or client-facing experience. Experience engaging individuals around complex, high-consideration decisions (legal, financial, education, healthcare, or similar). Confident leading high-consequence deals in high-trust industries. Strong EQ: able to build relationships easily with a range of people. Operator mindset: organized, methodical, and able to lead cross-functional programs end-to-end.

What You'll Own

This role owns net-new revenue for Manifest's talent immigration clients. You'll engage founders, engineers, and other individuals navigating the immigration system to diagnose needs, map requirements, and architect solutions that blend attorney-led expertise with a scalable platform. The decision to work with an immigration attorney is a serious one – financially and personally. You'll work alongside Marketing, Product and Operations to create a white-glove relationship with our prospective clients based on trust, personalization and expertise. Once a client signs on, you'll work with our Legal team to deliver services that exceed their expectations Success requires structured account planning and disciplined messaging across complex customer groups.
